Terms, privacy and refunds

Manditally is published by Mangla Computers (ManglaSoft). These pages apply to every licence bought from us, online or directly.

Terms and conditions

Licence

A purchase grants a perpetual licence to use Manditally 2.0 on one computer per licence. The licence activates with the serial number, the registered email and the one-time scratch key, and binds to the computer it is installed on. It can be moved to another computer with the unlock key sent at the first activation.

Delivery

This is a digital product. The serial number and scratch key are delivered by email. No physical goods are shipped.

Acceptable use

The licence is for your own business use. Sharing, reselling or publishing the keys is not permitted and may result in the licence being revoked.

Support and updates

Support is provided by email, phone or WhatsApp. Updates within the purchased major version (2.x) are included while the yearly renewal is current. Without renewal the software keeps working; only new updates and support stop.

Liability

Manditally is provided on an "as is" basis. Please keep regular backups of your data; the program makes them automatically but a copy outside the computer is your responsibility. Mangla Computers is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the software.

Privacy policy

What we collect

At purchase we collect your name, firm, email, phone and optionally GSTIN, with the order reference. This is used to issue the licence, email the keys, provide support and keep our sale records.

Licence checks

The program confirms its licence with our server every few days. That check sends only the serial number and a hashed identifier of the computer, never your accounting data.

Your accounting data

Manditally is a desktop program. Your business and accounting data stays on your own computer and is not uploaded to us or to any cloud.

Payments

Online payments, when offered, are processed by the payment gateway. We do not see or store card, UPI or bank details.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only where required to process a payment or to comply with law.

Refund policy

Before activation

If the licence has not been activated on any computer and you contact us within 7 days of purchase, we cancel the keys and refund the payment.

Technical problems

If the software does not work on a supported system (Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit) and we cannot resolve the problem, you are eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase.

Not eligible

Once a licence has been activated and is working, the sale is final, as the digital product has been delivered and used.

How to request

Email info@manglasoft.com with your registered email and serial number. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 7 working days.

Mangla Computers may consider genuine cases beyond this policy at its discretion.
